I do web dev and as far as pure podcasting solutions, this one's pretty decent, take a look at: http://loudblog.com/ Other blogs that offer podcasting are Serendipity and Wordpress though neither of them currently have as nice a browser based playback as loudblog, and since not all THAT many people are really going to use an Ipod, the playback interface was an important aspect *If you would like to see em in action, I use serendipity for a blog at http://www.coachtrainingalliance.com/blog and a running Loudblog podcast at http://www.coachesandmentors.com/podcast (that podcast is BRAND new, but the guy who wrote it did a really nice job on both the front end and the admin interface rocks, it's very simple to add mp3's right from a browser!) All are theme-able and fairly simple to install/use and more importantly they are ALL opensourced (free) I hope yas find this info helpful! And I am always looking for coaches who run blogs that I can syndicate, so if you happen across this message and are a coach who blogs, drop me a line, I am all for cross syndication! Bill
